The selling dealers or owners have no point of reference or knowledge to test functions and know if they are correct or out of tolerance. Most of the vintage Technika cameras to be found now are 25-50 years old (even older for Technika III), it is reasonable to assume any camera you select, despite the condition/pictures and description will need a CLA service to be brought back to proper operating condition.
